Newton Leys Pavilion handed over to town council

Posted on 14 Dec 2018

A new 'village hall' has been handed over to Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Council in Milton Keynes.

The much-needed facility provides the growing community of Newton Leys with a community hall, a multi-use sports hall, meeting spaces and changing rooms.

The pavilion serves three adjoining sports pitches and is set prominently within extensive landscaped open space, providing vistas out across the attractive parkland and lakes.

The building was delivered as the result of a Section 106 agreement, with the design developed through extensive engagement and consultation with the end users.

The new pavilion is the second building that we have delivered at Newton Leys, having completed the community primary school in 2016, and Synergy Architects are proud to have been able to contribute to the developemnt of this new community.
