New primary school and community centre handed over

Brooklands Farm Primary School has opened its doors to pupils for the first time. The exciting new 630-place primary school, which includes an integrated nursery facility, provides a second campus for an existing, successful primary school in Milton Keynes. The new school shares its site with Brooklands Pavilion, a new community centre and sports facility for Milton Keynes Council and they sit at the heart of a new community being built as part of Milton Keynes' eastern expansion area.

Both buildings were delivered as part of the council’s programme to expand primary school places in Milton Keynes. The project was won in competition under a framework agreement and the design developed through a comprehensive client engagement process to ensure the final scheme provided the outstanding facilities that the council required.
