Synergy Architects offer a wide range of architectural services. For every client we provide a tailor-made package to suit the project needs.
We offer services from inception to completion, including feasibility studies, brief development and concept design through to detailed technical design, construction stage services and site monitoring, as well as project management.
Our expertise also includes interior design, with a dedicated in-house team, which can be provided as part of a wider architectural commission, or as a stand-alone service.
The practice undertakes work of differing scales and complexities with experience across a broad range of sectors. We handle projects ranging in value from £100,000 to £100+ million, new build or refurbishment, and have extensive experience with all main forms of procurement – whether traditional, design-and-build or partnering contracts.

Synergy Architects are well-versed in the use of ‘modern methods of construction’ and were among the pioneers of off-site construction. Our experience includes the use of SIPs, panelised, volumetric and modular construction technologies.
There is a growing awareness of the environmental impact and energy use of developments and as part of our services we are able to provide guidance on energy and sustainability considerations at each work stage.
Digital construction – including Building Information Modelling (BIM) – is also playing an increasingly important role in the design and construction of buildings and we offer a range of visualisation and BIM-related services.
